General conditions
Important information
Arrival and departure:
check out time is 11 am. Upon request and payment of a supplement of 20,- € per person, the room can be kept until 6 pm. On the day of arrival, rooms are available from 3 pm. Please call us if you will be arriving after 6 pm, otherwise your room may be given to someone else. The usual day of arrival and departure is Saturday; choosing another day may mean having to change room or category.
Important:
We do our best to accommodate requests but we cannot guarantee a specific room number. Category A reservations can be changed to categories D.
Cancellations:
only cancellations in writing will be accepted. If the reservation is cancelled before 30 days prior to arrival, the cancellation charge amount € 50,-. In case of cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival or early departure you will be charged 80% of the entire stay you reserved. There is no refund for services not used. Apartment bookings: the total booked amount will be charged.
Reservations and payment:
reservation will be valid only after the payment of a deposit of 200,- € per room and apartment, which can be paid by credit card (Euro, Visa, Mastercard) or bank transfer to Cassa di Risparmio di Solda: ABI 06045 - CAB 58949 – c/c 25000. Bank fees will be charged to the customer.
Cancellation insurance:
we recommend you consider having a holiday cancellation insurance in order to avoid unpleasant cancellation charges. When you recieve the defintive reservation mail, you get the Link to our cancellation insurance.
Payment:
we accept payment by cash, cheques and ATM card. Credit cards are accepted only for the payment of the deposit and daily fees. In the case of special offers such as weekly packages and reduced prices, payment must be made by cash, cheque or ATM card. Please take into account that if the VAT rate increases, our rates may also increase.
Shuttle bus:
On request, we will be delighted to pick you up from the airport or station. As we work in partnership with Volgger taxi services, (Sulden 0473-613106 mobile 335-6006865), we are able to offer the following rates: Innsbruck € 170,-, Verona € 240,-, Bozen € 90,-, Meran € 80,-, Colanders € 40,-, Spending € 30,-. Rates are quoted per mini-bus journey (max. 8 people).

Alpine School Ortler:

Ski pass:
We do not offer an inclusive ski pass, but willl be delighted to help you with information regarding prices. On arrival at the hotel, we willl provide you with a declaration stating that you are residing at the hotel. You can then buy a ski pass from any Lift station in Sulden at the best prices available. Ski passes for over 7 days require a photo.
Ski school Sulden:
Find more information at www.skischule-sulden.com. Ski courses begin on Mondays and end on Fridays with a final run.
Cross-country skiing:
To use the tracks (right next door to the hotel), you can buy a daily or weekly pass directly from the hotel.
Pets:
dogs, cats, birds, etc. are accepted only upon request and on condition that they have all their own equipment 25,- € (from winter 2009/10 we will charge € 15,00 per day and the final cleaning ince € 30,00) per day without food. Pets are not allowed into the dining room, swimming pool and wellness area. Dogs are allowed in the bar. If necessary, a 50,00- 100,00 € surcharge will be added for any impurity or destruction of property from the hotel.
Smokers:
The Italian legislation forbids smoking in public places. It is therefore forbidden to smoke in the guest rooms. Smokers are allowed to smoke on the balcony, terrace or in the smoking parlour located near the bar.
Vouchers:
we can arrange for you vouchers for beauty treatments, stays, dinners, parties, etc. If you have any questions about the vouchers please do not hesitate to ask us!
Safety:
Please take note that selected areas of the hotel interior are equipped with surveillance cameras.
Supplements and reductions:
single use of double room, supplement of 20,- € per day; overnight accommodation and breakfast, reduction of 10,- € per person per day.
Our hotel and rooms are wheelchair friendly. We also have rooms with suitable linen and without carpeting for people with allergies. Please notify the hotel before arrival of any special requirements.
